The main body of the mechanism is made of thickened Q235 steel, with anti-rust powder coating and electrophoretic treatment on the surface for durability. Equipped with high-pressure gas springs, it provides stable support to easily bear the weight of the bed board and mattress, enabling silent and smooth lifting and lowering, thus avoiding the risk of accidental pinching or sudden dropping of the bed board. The overall structure adopts a lever design with universal mounting holes, which is compatible with most standard-sized storage bed frames. The surface has been treated with anti-rust technology, making it moisture-proof and wear-resistant, and not easy to rust or deform after long-term use.

The product has passed relevant safety performance tests, with each set capable of withstanding a pressure of up to 1500N and a service life of 50,000-80,000 cycles.
