The whole frame is made of thickened Q235 steel with black powder coating finish, and custom colors are available. It features rust-proof, anti-corrosion, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant performance, keeping stable without deformation after long-term use.

The core gas spring has passed 50,000 opening and closing cycle tests with tensile strength ≥ 1800MPa. It runs smoothly and quietly with labor-saving operation, easy for one person to use. Equipped with safety lock device to avoid accidental opening and closing for higher safety. The static load capacity reaches 450kg and dynamic load up to 630kg, ensuring stable and wobble-free performance.

We provide standard sizes of Twin, Full, Queen and King, including vertical fold and horizontal fold types. It can be matched with desk, sofa and other multifunctional structures, and customized non-standard sizes are acceptable according to project requirements.
